Home Help Complete the Park Park Partners

Construction is underway, but without the final $8 million needed to build the Wisconsin Avenue Plaza, the Georgetown Waterfront Park cannot be completed. Recent developments could cut this target amount in half and bring the finish line within reach. The Centennial Challenge Initiative, a new matching grant program in the President’s Budget for the National Park Service, will potentially provide $100 million per year to motivate individuals, foundations, and the private sector to contribute to national parks. The Georgetown Waterfront Park is well positioned to apply for these resources, but we need your support now to ensure that we can take advantage of this rare opportunity. Donate now!
